Elizabeth Phillips is an Economist at Keybridge. She specializes in public health policy, program and impact evaluation, and policy analysis. Ms. Phillips is returning to Keybridge, where she worked for two years prior to graduate school.
Before Keybridge, she designed and conducted an evaluation of microsavings programs in the Philippines as a U.S. Fulbright Research Scholar. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Studies from Rhodes College and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
