Mark W. McNulty is Senior Vice President at Keybridge, where he serves as an economic and policy adviser to decision makers in multinational corporations, industry associations, and government agencies. He has more than a decade of experience in applying economics, finance, decision analysis, and data analytics to a wide range of public policy issues, including economic policy, energy policy, environmental policy, emergency management policy, and flood insurance markets.

Before joining Keybridge, Mark served as a consultant for U.S. financial institutions and rural development organizations, where he designed and implemented innovative financial products tailored to the needs of low-income consumers. From 2000-2001, he served as Staff Assistant for International Economics at the White House’s National Economic Council, where he conducted research and analysis on global economic and financial risks.

Mark holds a B.A. in Business Administration & Economics from Rhodes College and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
